Images violating the ImgHut.com copyrighted materials policy are not permitted.We respect the intellectual property rights of others and pirated or copyrighted materials will not be permitted on the site.

2. Images of yourself and Family

Images of yourself or of other people are not permitted due to privacy concerns.

3. Animated images

Animated images are not permitted.

4. Copyrighted Image

Any photo containing images of celebrities, nudity, pornography, weapons, drugs, sexually explicit images or any copyrighted image, (unless you own the copyright) is not permitted. Photos of celebrities and cartoon or comic images are generally copyrighted by the owner.If in doubt, your best option is not to upload it.

5. Security and Privacy

For security and privacy reasons, any photo that contains personally identifiable contact information such as name, phone number, email address is not permitted and will be summarily deleted.

6. IMGHUT Age Limitation

If you violate these terms your account may be deleted. ImgHut.com periodically reviews all photos. We do reserve the right to review all photos and to remove any photo for any reason at our sole discretion.
